Why I love SP

Simply put and IMO it's not a diet. Every diet or gimmick I failed at and each time a little self esteem went with it. Using SP EVERDAY regardless of being over/under calorie/water/exercise goals on a specific day and/or up or down a liitle on the scale, the consistency of it has allowed me to get under 200 lbs (195) after 30 + yrs of failure. I mean if I decided to get to 185 lbs it would be my weight after getting out of the military in 1977. SP works period. Yes I did eliminate sodas completely and avoid fast foods barring an emergency. BTW, my exercise is light walking 1/2-1 mile here and there. or some mild gardening.
