So many ways to lose weight it can be a little confusing, OK a lot confusing! Even here on SP I see people using plans other than the suggested good nutrition plan SP provides for us to follow.
At least one of the articles I just read here suggests we are all a little different and no one plan is right for all. The article suggest if you are not losing weight after following the same plan for 12 weeks it is time to try something different. We may just need to tweak our plan just a bit.
CHANGE something. Maybe you need to eat more carbs and lower fat intake, up the cardio session, add more strength training, get more rest . The great thing is there are so many ways to experiment with changes that may make the losing game easier.
We are in the right place to track these changes and be able to see what works for us. I, for one, believe we are able to make the right decisions based on what we learn from changing things.
