This is about a tip I read that might help to stay on track when eating dinner out. The suggestion was needed because restaurants serve such big helpings and more than we should eat at one meal.





These appetizers would make a meal by themselves. The suggestion was to order an appetizer for your meal and perhaps add a side salad or veggies if needed to round out the meal. You would eat less and maybe save money.
