BLC 35 goals

My goals for BLC 35 are to
Log my food so I can stay in my calorie range. It's easier for me to eat right when I track my calories closely.
Workout at least 180 minutes a week. I have a streak of 85 weeks and don't want to break it.
Strength training at least once a week. I hate st and have to force myself to do it.
I need to get back to my goal weight. I'm 3-1/2 pounds above it right now. Hopefully, the above goals will bring be back to my goal weight.
