Hello. I am a college student looking to be healthy again. After a long summer of inactivity and over eating, I am challenging myself to change my unhealthy eating habits. I started three weeks ago. I do not own a scale but i am taking waist measurements to record my progress. I have lost 1 inch off my waist. I hope to be at a 32 inch waist, which is the max for women to be considered in good health.
