Sore: The Most Satisfying Pain

Today I am feeling EXTREMELY sore. My legs feel like I just ran a marathon (I definitely didn't though). I rested all weekend, then did an intense workout on Monday. I did about 2 and a half miles on the treadmill and felt great. Then Tuesday I started a three day training at work involving physical techniques and practices. It was basically A LOT of squats over and over again. My workout Tuesday night was a one mile workout on the elliptical and some intense weight lifting. Wednesday I was starting to hurt a little bit from the workout that I had during my training at work, so I opted for a 2 mile hike on a nature path nearby for after work. Today was my final day of training at work, and my legs are so dead right now. Even just sitting on the couch typing this is hurting! As you can probably guess, my workout tonight was light, but it still happened regardless. No regrets from pushing myself this week to keep exercising in addition to all the squatting during my training! Sore today, strong tomorrow.
