Progress in healing of my left foot has been extremely slow! I am back to compression bandage and surgical boot, doctor's orders to stay off my foot for one week. Exactly how does one do that? Life moves on and we need to be able to walk, right?! Learning to be still, trying not to whine, awaiting a nice long walk in the future!
