Here I go again realizing small bouts of exercise can make this journey much easier. My exercise came in with a 30 minute video early this morning but, the rest was 10 minutes at the time.

If you can work up a sweat you know you have hit the active workout needed to lose weight.

It isn't SP, it isn't your trainer, just U U U!
