I don't know what to Eat?

Remember this when I don't know what to eat!! Breakfast- 1 egg + 3 Egg Whites (whip together & fry in Pam) 1 Multigrain Sandwich thin toasted 1/4 of Small Avocado Lunch - 2 tacos 2 corn tortillas pan fried (dry, no oil) 4 oz taco chicken or turkey lunch meat 1/4 avocado Homemade salsa Dinner- 1/2 cup cooked quoina 1 cup homemade pasta sauce with lean ground beef (light on the meat when making the sauce) or use ground turkey Snacks - 2/day 2 protein energy bites/balls (= 1 snack) Greek yogurt (1cup + 1/2 cup berries) Treat- 1 oz dark chocolate 15 cups of water *remember to workout 6x a week 😊
