Stress can be hard on our health and our body. Meditation can ease some of this stress.


At the link above you can get 21 days of under 10 minute meditations for free. Each day's meditation features a different important subject.

My life this summer has been FILLED with stress - more on that in another blog. It is unbelievable the number of things that have happened to create stress in my life. Through it all, though, I have been able to find inner peace most of the time. I am on day 2 of these meditations today and have really enjoyed the first two days. I wish I had started this earlier in the summer.

    I saw 'medications' not 'meditations' and clicked out of curiosity. I got more out of it than if it were medications.

    Thanks for the link...will check it out soon. My form of meditation is my adult coloring books and pencils. I put on relaxing music and get lost in it. I love it!!
