Stress can be hard on our health and our body. Meditation can ease some of this stress.

My life this summer has been FILLED with stress - more on that in another blog. It is unbelievable the number of things that have happened to create stress in my life. Through it all, though, I have been able to find inner peace most of the time. I am on day 2 of these meditations today and have really enjoyed the first two days. I wish I had started this earlier in the summer.
