It's been awhile since I did a blog entry. I really feel like such a failure when it comes to my weight loss. We are starting a new health challenge at work today and I'm .6 pounds away from my heaviest weight ever. This is over 30 pounds heavier than I was when I was 9 months pregnant with my youngest daughter. How the #*!! did I let this happen!?!?!?!
My workout partner and I have not been working out for a few weeks and most of the summer was spent cancelling/rescheduling, so consistency has been almost nil. I feel like my eating hasn't been that bad but my weight and the scales are showing differently.
Time to start a plan to get this under control!
1) Drink more water
2) Go to bed earlier
3) More fruits & veggies
4) Decrease all whites (breads, potatoes, sugar, etc.)
5) Move more
This should be a doable start plan!
