I've really been working hard the last 3 weeks on my plan. Sticking to the right foods and working out faithfully. Everyone keeps telling me what a change they see in me but I can't "see" it. I've went from a 3/4X to a XL which I know is a big difference. I never saw myself as fat, overweight, plump, etc. oh well. On to my next goal of 200 lbs which I'm about 24 lbs from. Wish me luck!!
