Well I worked myself today and I had a stay the same I think this was down to luck as had most stressful week from hell and done days ate 40 to 50 vps. But thankfully I'd increased my walking at work due to boredom result but it helped keep my weight steady .... my aim for next week I'll be realistic lose 1pound if I can do 2 fantastic but it's so much harder in my 50s then in my 20.30 and 40s

    THANKYOU eve fox nice to know it's doable I'm still following was vintage points as stricter than pps and only thing working don't really want to be counting calories like I used to either

    You can do it. I'm in my early 60's and as long as I am fairly active and watch my food I will loose weight. I'm looking forward to using this app again.
