I read an article written by Molly Galbraith, fitness trainer, titled "5 Non Scale Goals For Big Results". The article had several suggestions, but, the one that inspired me most was setting new goals to have something to work toward that you really wanted and this would take the place of just wanting to lose weight. Instead of putting all the emphasis on losing pounds let it be about being healthy and fit .
My goal is to set a goal of doing 10 pushups (never been able to do these easily) a day until I can then do 20. Each time I reach a goal I will increase the number.
