Week 2 5% Challenge

Didn't have much of a loss this week, but that's ok. It was a stressful week and I'm glad it's over and even more glad to resume a "normal" week.
I did a "medium" run on Saturday and tracked my food all day, this morning, I jumped on my elliptical the tracked food again. I've got my gym bag packed for tomorrow and all my prep done for tomorrow. I'll do more on Tuesday for the rest of the week, but I'm already looking forward to a good weigh in on Saturday.
