Non Scale Ways

Home work for tonight from Coach is to describe how I know from non scale ways that my body is healthier from following Spark People.







I have more weight to lose before I am satisfied with myself. Knowing I can jog or run is a NSV that I am happy to report. The waist is smaller but not yet where I want it, so, I will continue this lifestyle and hopefully reach a maintenance time some day soon.
