Friday Night Cheats

Wow! I can't believe I managed to lose two pounds this week. I had a great week and got in some good work outs, but Friday is always a hard day for me to stay on track when it comes to eating right.
For breakfast, I had a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and donut holes (also some strawberries so at least I did something right). Then for lunch I had my usual healthy meal since I always pack a lunch from home. But after work, the teachers went out for a drink and I had a huge beer and a cup of soup. I did do a good job at resisting the urge to eat a slice of pizza though, because I knew I would be eating dinner at home in a couple of hours.
When I got home my fiancé and I were stoked to watch season 2 of Stranger Things on Netflix. We ordered pizza and breadsticks and ate cookies and drank hot chocolate. With all of this being said, I was pleasantly surprised to see my scale this morning. Next Friday I will be better so maybe I can lose even more. Now, on my way to do a killer workout to make up for everything!
