Why is it so hard?

Saturday, November 04, 2017

Why do we fight it so hard??? It feels good when we track and succeed! It feels good when we complete a goal It feels good to get that next size down instead of the next size up! Why do we fight it so hard? Why is food such an addiction and why is it so hard to give up the things we want, the things that make us feel better, the things that ultimately hurt us? It’s so abusive! I’m just gonna take one day at a time. I know how to succeed. It was so easy before.... until it wasn’t. Today, I had a good day. Im going to have a good day tomorrow, too. What are you going to do?

I feel your pain!! and the Struggle is soo real... You know as long as you keep setting small goals, it adds up. I remember last year thinking Oh crap how the hell did I get to almost 350 lbs!!!! my first goal was to walk to the end of my driveway!! OK... I then walked the block,, then the trail,,, this past summer I climbed to the very top of a Frickin Moutian!!! setting small goals helped me stay focused. It can help you too my friend!! It's good to see you back!! I'm cheering for you sista.. You Got This emoticon emoticon
