600 Minute Monthly Fitness Goal

I have started a habit as of April 2016 (I have always been active but now I track it) to reach a minimum of 600 min per month. So I track my minutes continually. I thought I would put it in a blog post for safe keeping. I read that only 15% of Canadians do the recommended 150 min of physical activity per week and only 5% of adults reach 150 min per week! I always want to be as healthy and active as I can for my future health so my goal will always to reach 600 min of the recommended activity give or take my total for the year should be matching or more. April – Dec 2016 – was 9846 min I surpassed my goal (600 min x 9 months = 5400 min) by 4,446 min yay! Jan 2017 – 630 min Feb 2017 – 600 min Mar 2017 – 537 min Apr 2017 – 739 min May 2017 – 1307 min Jun 2017 – 1226 min Jul 2017 – 1790 min Aug 2017 – 1040 min Sep 2017 – 1416 min Oct 2017 – 638 min Nov 2017 – Dec 2017 –
