30 Day Full Body Challenge - Day 3

Today I volunteered 4 hours at out local food bank through my work. They like to have us do stuff like this every year. I loved it and plan to do my own group volunteer session with the food bank with friends and family as they mentioned they are low on group volunteers in January. Anyhow it was a very tiring job sorting food filling boxes and putting boxes away etc.and the time flew by, I was sweaty, hot weak, tired and hungry by the time I was done and i felt like i could pass out lol. So I decided to skip the strength part for today and only 30 min of cardio. I did the low stationary bike at the gym and got in some reading of my Witches of New York book while I worked out. Tomorrow is a rest day but I will be doing gentle yoga. I like to do yoga once a week to help with muscle recovery and flexibility when I'm on a schedule. I will make up what I missed today on day 5.
