You can feel so good in so little time - A Challenge for today

I have developed a very sore neck. I think I pulled something while carrying a large Instant Pot package from the post office to my car. More on my new Instant Pot in a blog soon. I love it! That and my Air Fryer are my favorite toys allowing me to eat healthy and enjoy great food at the same time.
The pain in my neck has been a good excuse to not exercise for the last few days. I can't believe I fell for this once again. There is always some type of exercise you can do!
I received a notification on my phone about this series of Leslie Sansome Heart Healthy Walks. I cautiously did all three today. Guess what. I don't feel worse. In face I feel wonderful on completing them..
I forget sometimes how good Leslie's walks make me feel. I walk able to get 4135 steps in in less than 35 minutes, raised my heart rate to a healthy rate and really enjoyed the walk. I am well on my way to my goal of 10,000 steps today.
I want to challenge you all to try out this walk. It is in 3 parts so you can just do one if you want, or two, but I suggest all three. If you do less than all three, try to go to the last 5 minutes or so of Part 3 and participate in the stretching.
