Stalls in Weight Loss

I’m an honest fooblogger (food blogger), what’s the point of documenting my weight loss journey if I can’t give you the true scoop on my progress or setbacks?
I’ve being doing great on a vegetarian lifestyle, but I’ve noticed a stall in my weight loss. Maybe it’s the type of food I’m eating that’s causing the stall. My only guilty pleasure I’ve indulged in yesterday was almond milk based ice cream. It was delicious. I didn’t eat a whole lot of it, but still. Looking at other culprits: rice cakes and the nut & rice crackers. Just concerned about all the starchy foods I’ve been eating especially sinc beans are a large part of my diet and my source of protein. I limit my amount of cheese, which I barely barely eat nowadays.
Maybe it’s my portion sizes or how often I eat. Either way, I need to increase my vegetable intake. I’m always eating veggies with every meal.
I’ve also started working out at the gym again. Ughhhhh. My body is so sore from the weightlifting. I’m going to incorporate foam rolling and yoga into my exercise routine to help with the soreness.
I’m learning that sculpting my body is truly a work of art. Now if I can find the right tools for where I’m at in my current weight and coincides with my goals. I’m learning I have to change up my workouts and eating as my body adjusts to my new weight. What I did when I was close to 300 lbs won’t work for where I’m at currently in my weight.
