I have set a goal this Month to workout most days. So I plan to workout everyday, knowing that once in a while it just won’t happen that day. There are 31 potential days to workout this Month and at minimum, I better get 17 workout days in. Hopefully I will be working out closer to 25!
Also, I really need to cut way back on sugar and eat right because if I’m putting in all the time and effort, I better be seeing some good results!! Abs are made in the kitchen, right?? Let’s go!!!
