Fit Bit's back

At some point, I stopped wearing my tracker. I got tired of wearing it, charging, etc. I dunno. What I really did was give up. I had already started putting pounds back on and I was discouraged that I wasn't meeting my goals. However, not trying at all is what got me to this terrible point of my new all time high weight.
Been doing okay at the exercise this week (not at tracking it but doing it) I say okay because I am slow and low impact at the moment. This will be gradually increased.
I dug up my fitbit, have charged it, and am now wearing it again for the first time in FOREVER.
First Goal is to make it back to a steady 10k steps per day. Next I will start trying to get it back to the 14-16k range which is where I was losing weight.
