I feel your pain - I'm right there with you. I know that I can be too focussed on the scale at times and know that weight fluctuates, but I don't understand how I can really eat very little (about 1,000 calories) and exercise and then STILL gain weight. I agree with you that shaking things up food-wise can be a good thing sometimes. Good luck and don't give up!!! :) 940 days ago
