When it comes to exercise I am really good at starting a new program, but I could use some improvement with sticking with it.

    When you find the one that you look forward to doing .... you will stick to it and THRIVE!!! My go to cardio exercise is running. I look so forward to my training days and the peace it gives me during and especially after. Cant get much simpler than this :)

    I'm good. I am trying to simplify this year. I'm focusing on developing 3 daily habits - meditating with the Chopra Center guided meditation, doing the 7 minute workout app, and organizing tomorrow today (OTT). How are you?
