5% challenge week 1

Just did my weigh in for week 1 of my challenge. Only a half pound down. I'm surprised and disappointed. Please don't understand, It is a loss, and I'm certainly thankful for that. But a half pound after all my walking and what seemed like good eating? It's frustrating.
Each week we have a different "challenge". Week 1 was water, which generally is not an issue for me. I got all my water plus some, most days. Week 2 is nutritional tracking. I don't know why it's so hard for me, but tracking IS a challenge. HOWEVER... if I do well and actually track, I'm really hoping that will result in a good weigh in.
Also... I need to do measurements. I know from past experience that sometimes the scale isn't moving but progress is being made.
Lastly.. I need to get better about my sleep. I sacrificed a few too many good nights this week and read late instead of going to bed. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD BOOK THOUGH! haha
