When I prepare healthy snacks...

I eat healthy snacks! Just washed and cut up some fresh celery, red pepper, and carrot sticks. I'll snack on some of these lovelies with 2 tablespoons of Cedar's Cucumber Garlic Dill Tzatziki, that equals 30 calories, plus my veggies. Looking forward to this! Good choices equal good results! 👍

    LUCYMOM14, it is a yogurt dip, this one is made with Greek yogurt with cucumber and garlic dill, it is delicious. I believe there are recipes on SparkRecipes to make your own, check that out for a source. ;)
