My Reason

Tuesday, January 23, 2018

I have done it agian!!! I got so over overwhelmed I just stopped, I am in desperate need of a texting workout buddy!!!! Ok so here is a little insight to my life... I am 22, I have 2 kids and I’m a live in Home Health Aide. I have so much on my plate, and with anxiety my plate is much smaller than most to begin with. I can’t seem to manage working 24/7, both kids, working out, planning my own meals and planning theirs. I need something to help me STAY motivated! This journey is super hard and I need someone to talk with through it all, will someone be my fitness pal? We can all do this, it just takes balance and reassurance, and I need to adjust both!

I have been where you are - and lived to tell the tale! It isn't easy and something always seems to take a backseat *sigh* however, I can tell you that as you find what works for you and implement that into your daily schedule, things will get a little easier. I would be happy to share some of the tips that worked for me.

I had two children by the time was 21. I can understand about feeling overwhelmed. We are all in this together! This is why we signed up for Spark People, to feel connected with other people who could be going through the same thing.

Keep your head up, your doing great!

I can also be your fitness buddy. I have 2 littles (ages 2 and 4) and I'm TERRIBLE with the planning. *sigh*

Sounds exhausting! I'll be your fitness buddy. I too have 2 kids and my main problem is meal planning...mostly dinner. What are your goals? !
