Hubby and I weighed in this morning and we both lost weight! Whew!
I lost 3 lbs. and he lost 2 lbs. He was given a booklet to track his food, calories, etc. He has not tracked his food yet. I have written in the evening meals, but I don't know what he is eating for breakfast/lunch. Last time we joined this community group, I did all of the tracking for him. I haven't had the time to do it this time. We have ten more weeks. Hopefully he will start filling out his tracker!
I added him to SP, but he doesn't want to do that either. At least he is trying to eat more healthy. (He doesn't always know which is the healthier choice.) Baby steps!
