It's Time for some changes.

So this is my first for 2018. I have made some changes of what I am doing for my life changing journey. For starters I joined some of the new Spark challenges from Spark Guy's new, where you get the challenges on your spark page. I can now see if I am reaching the daily quotas which makes me more accountable.
Secondly, I have relooked at how I am eating and what I have been eating and trying to make changes with my diet,. By changing the amount of calories I want to eat each day---so a set amount, which I upped from what I was trying to eat. I think I may have not been eating enough, but don't see a need for the amount of calories they say I need, that tended for me to gain weight..
Lastly have made a few tweaks to exercising which I hope will help also. So will see a bit down the road if these changes will get me losing the weight I so much need to lose.
