For about a year I've had two "goals" in Spark that weren't related to nutrition or exercise..s..still I thought of them as Fitness Goals. They are PLAYING THE PIANO AND DRAWING. Somehow, I rarely checked those boxes because I rarely did those activities. Still, I know I love to stretch myself and play or draw.

This week I started doing notes in my SmartPhone and did some organizing with that. One note has CURRENT TO DO, another FRIENDS (so I don't forget to contact them occasionally if I haven't heard from them).

It occurred to me to create a new Note: RELAXATION and take out those two "goals" from Spark and put them into RELAXATION. I added SPINNING, DESIGNING, EXERCISE, AND VISITING.

What a different feel!!! I've drawn some sketches twice and played the piano once in the last three days...and did a bit of spinning and visiting, too.

Maybe you might like to make a RELAXATION list, too. It worked for me.
