Weigh in results

Hubby weighed in yesterday with .8# loss and I weighed in today with .6# loss. Not a lot, but we are going in the right direction.
Hubby is tracking his food now - I am entering the calories for him in the booklet he was given. We are making progress!
I hope you are staying healthy through this flu season. I am drinking a teaspoon of Elderberry concentrate everyday and started putting a little cinnamon and honey in my tea. My friends tell me that it helps the immune system. Remember lots of hand washing too!
Six weeks until spring!!!
