I’ve been Sparking since May 2012. In the first six months I lost 40 pounds. I’ve spent the remainder of that time gaining 32 pounds back. What happened? Among other things, I stopped tracking. I’m on Day 2 of tracking now. I’ll have to see how it goes. I hate tracking so much that it becomes a great motivator for not overindulging.
