In January, I worked out a Lot! I am in a really good routine of getting a workout in or a run on most days. I enjoy my dvd workouts with weights, the app on my phone for a shorter strength workout, and even YouTube video workouts. It really does make a difference that I am able to see. I’m looking better in my same clothes as they are fitting different/better!
Goals for February -
Continue to Workout on most days
Keep tracking my food and eat healthy! Eat more veggies! Think stir fry chicken (one of my favs!) or green beans, yum!
Keep eating protein with each meal.
Remember that it’s 80% nutrition 20% fitness
