I’m mid way through February.
I somehow injured my shoulder the 2nd week of Feb. Strange thing is, I don’t know how. But man did it hurt!! It took a good week to heal up. So I definitely haven’t been working out as much.
I just started working out again and it feels good! I’m pretty sure I lost muscle during my off days because the scale finally moved down a couple of pounds to 153 from 155. Hey, I’ll take it! I’m hoping to workout a few times a week and build on the workouts I’ve been doing getting stronger and a little more fit everyday is the plan!!
** It’s 80% nutrition 20% fitness.
** You can’t out exercise a bad diet!
I’ve been eating healthy ..... chicken tacos on corn tortillas with avocado & black beans are a repeated easy meal that is easy for me to whip up. Also, still loving those protein pancakes!
