6 weeks off

Today, I have been Coke free for 7 weeks. Friday was my last day of the 6 week long Whole Life Challenge that I stuck with the whole time thanks to my #fitfam. I dont think Ive ever stuck with and finished a Challenge like that so it was very satisfying to see my results. I lost 14.5 pounds, and about 3" in my waist, and 2" in my hips. The next round doesn't start for another 6 weeks but Im already signed up!
In the meantime, Im enjoying pizza in moderation but sticking to the basic principles. Its harder during the "off time" because I dont have anyone Im competing with. Ive been doing ok- I did have like 3 different types of pizza over the weekend but I was plainning on that. Yesterday I didnt get all of my water in, and sugar is a huge temptation. I think the hardest part though, is that we had to reflect every day and I enjoyed it the most. I havent had to do that they past few days and I think it really helped keep me on track. So I turned back to Sp and Im going to try to keep blogging here too.
I cant wait to see more progress!
