No I don't have a lot to report today. I'm feeling well, and I'm eating well. I did of course weigh myself this morning, because once again I'm obsessive and just can't help myself. I was pleasantly surprised however to find that's my weight was down to 225.8. I guess that makes sense. I remember always gaining a little weight before dropping a lot. Once again, I am reminded that I shouldn't weigh myself everyday because it leads me to feeling bad when it goes up. Who knows if I'll actually remember that. I have a plan carb meal this weekend. We are having dinner with my in-laws on Saturday and I decided to go off with my diet for one meal, which is okay. I want to keep my metabolism running strong and I have read and have also experienced first hand that having one meal a week that's higher carbs and higher calories helps with that. The real problem is I can sometimes turn a carb meal into a carb three day weekend. I'm definitely not going to let that happen this time.
