St Patty’s day! Yay! Except I worked and basically was in my feet for 12 hours. It was a looong night! I started the day on the wrong foot by eating some crappy food (and it hit me too- my body felt crappy so...you really are what you eat). I took two water bottles and a protein shake and I drank most of the shake and all of the water. At one point, I got an order of fries just so I had food but I was way too busy to eat them. Now that I’m home, I don’t feel hungry so I’m not gonna make myself eat. I’m be famished tomorrow and then I can try to make better choices! So my points for today are 1/5 because I’m counting the fries. Pretty low for basically only having breakfast.
