Recap of 2018
January, I worked out almost every day and ate healthy basically the whole month. By the end of Jan. I was looking more fit and healthy and feeling great!
February - slacked a little, worked out a few days a week. Mid Month, shoulder injury set me back. End of Month I was somewhat back on track.
March - I haven’t been as focused & im Starting to notice my results slip. Restarting my “working out most days” dedication today with a morning jog, and then strength training workout along with dedication to more mindful clean eating.
