My refrigerator looks different today

I was just thinking about how different the contents of my refrigerator are now compared to ten years ago. I've done some meal prepping for the week and it's loaded with containers of low fat veggie pasta salad, rice and veggie casserole, romaine salads, so many fresh fruits and vegetables that I could hardly fit them all. Hubby says I need another fridge for the produce - lol. There's also almond milk, coconut water and a selection of fat free salad dressings. The non-plant based items fit on one small shelf at the top but the rest of the shelves have been overtaken by fruits and vegetables. Now, the challenge is to eat the fruit and veggies before they go bad. There's a fruit bowl on the table that needs eating too.
