I've been doing really well with my eating while my hubby is gone. Actually, I might even be doing better than normal because I'm so bored and I'm paying more attention to my diet. I haven't lost any weight yet this week, but that's ok! I look good and I feel good. I tried on my pants that were tight three weeks ago, and today they fit pretty good! That shows to me that it doesn't matter what the scale says, I'm clearly improving.

I have been more tired the last two days, thought that might be the boredom/stress from my hubby being away. I'm just trying to work through it. I decided to start a project tonight, so I got out a quilt kit I've been meaning to working on, and I'm going to watch something interesting on Netflix while I cut out the pieces.

I've been going out for a walk everyday, despite the fact that it's still cold. It was technically 32 degrees F today, but it was actually the coldest day all week because the wind was wicked. The wind was so cold that I literally got brain freeze! UGH, spring! Get your butt over here already! Once it actually gets warmer, I'm going to start running again! I can't run in the cold because I have cold weather exercise induced asthma, which is exactly what it sounds like (yes, it's a real condition, i swear I'm not making it up). Until then, I've been doing lots of walking, especially up hills to get me ready.
