Not feeling it

So I'm swimming 3 hours a week, M-W-F then after each session I'm going to planet fitness to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and to the 30-minute circuit along with a few extra machines and the weight loss isn't moving. My clothes feel looser, but my measurements haven't changed, grrr! I won't quit but I'm definitely getting discouraged.
