I joined a gym late January and have been working towards building some muscle and shedding more fat.

Update on what the flap and c-section scar look like. It no longer hangs! I'm hoping with (much) more gym time invested it will look even better. I am pretty happy with how it looks now. It's better than I imagined it would be. Anything past this is a bonus.
