Welcome to a #healthier2018! I began lean, clean,& green in 2013. I started exercising more as a part of my New Years resolution January 2018.From 1/26-2/8 I lost 8lbs. Weighed in on 4/10 & I had lost another 4 lbs.Making that 12 lbs lost this far in 2018.With another 46 lbs to go based on doctors goal of 170 lbs for me. We will see how I look when I get there. I am thinking more like down to 148 lbs goal. Casper is thinking more like 120 lbs goal. I am 5 ft 9 in tall & told I am between medium & large boned. So,what do you think?! My doctor says anything below 170 & I’ll look scrawny.I’ve been tracking my food since February 8th,2018. I got a Fitbit Flex 2 on 2/24/18 & added doing Zumba@home...pic of me from Easter 2018....I am slowly reaching my goal! Although not fast enough for me. But!... I CAN do this!!😊😘
