Tracking my macros to 35P 35C 30F lately and I think it’s working!! Also staying within calorie range, drinking my water & working out. Lots of dedication but I’m liking it!!
I did a 3 day gut reset which had so much food & water. It was supposed to set your body up to burn fat. Then you just stick to the food plan, macros all set up for you. Or sometimes, I just eat and track my own macros. It’s harder to hit the right numbers when I don’t follow their plan.
I’m in a diet-bet right now too and it’s so motivating and keeping me on track.
Yesterday, at my Doctors appt, I was told that my BMI is normal and I’m not overweight!! Whoo Hoo!! That was such a good feeling!!
Loving my workouts, my meal plan, and life! Now if the warm weather would Just warm up and show up!! So excited for Spring & Summer!!
