Chest 36 to 35 Waist 31.5 to 30.5 Belly button 34.5 to 32.5 Glutes 39 to 38.5 Right thigh 20.75 to 20.5 Right calf 14.75 to 14.5 Right Bicep 11.5 same 11.5 I lightened up on the workouts this round to a few days a week instead of every single day. Now it’s time to step it up again! I don’t want to lose my strength!!
