Just finalized my dietbet and met my 4% 30 day weight loss goal! I actually lost 4.7% of my body weight. 7.3 pounds. This puts me at 149.4. I wish I could lock that weight in and keep it, haha. Now to maintain (at minimum) or drop a few more lbs!!
What I learned during this time....
I give up after a week or two of restricting. The bet on myself made me stick with the plan and resist treats or overindulging.
Macros matter! I followed a 35/35/30 with a 1200 calorie per day allowance.
1/2 my body weight in ounces per day , or a cup or two more!
Workout, strength build to look and feel my best! Try to up my weights!
Add free veggies to meals to bulk them up and keep me fuller longer.
These next 30 days need to continue with the plan but a little more flexible due to upcoming events! Weigh and adjust, don’t undo all the hard work!
