Spring pasta with asparagus and snap peas 4 portions Cook and drain 200 grams pasta In the pot on a spoon of olive oil glaze one small onion, 3 cloves of garlic, add 10 sticks asparagus cut into 2cm ling peaces, 10 snap peas. Fry for 3 minutes, add zest of one lemon, pinch of salt and pepper, few mint leavs and 30ml water, cook for 2 minutes, add pasta, mix and serve. You can add few shreds of parmegiano.
