How do I shed this unwanted weight????

That was always the BIG question in my mind.....for YEARS! It should be easy to do, but year after failed year I just got more depressed. Finally after joining SP I discovered the 5% challenge group. Hmm, I thought maybe if I forget the whole total of what I want to lose out of my head......and, see if I can conquer 5% I would be more successful. That seemed more obtainable anyway. Low and behold....it WORKED...I was successful.....what a difference that makes in your whole being!! Confidence returns, pride begins to take hold.

I have now done nine.....yes, 9.... back to back 5% challenges with the first 4 getting me on the right track and the last 5 helping me to maintain. A lot of the success comes from right between your ears......having the right mindset that this is IT.....but, being accountable to others and having the support of a team (Awesome A's team is GREAT) behind you is critically helpful. The tools that SP has to offer which you can utilize is also crucial.....love the food tracker. WOW, is that an eye opener! emoticon ........Exercise tracker is important as well.. emoticon emoticon emoticon ...it's all about calories IN and calories SPENT.....no excuses.....can't get to a gym? Check out all the SP exercise videos from beginner to advanced. Have limited mobility? No excuses.....SP exercise videos from a chair. (Used them after knee replacement surgery)

Believe me when I say there was a time when I felt it was impossible for me to ever lose any weight and feel better about myself.
